NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15,2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-012163 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Cach, LLC, Christopher Gorgone, Melissa C. Howard also known as Melissa Howard, State of Florida Department of Revenue, West Park Village Condominium Association, Inc., Westchase Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 7-110 OF WORTHINGTON AT WEST PARKVILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ('CONDOMINIUM) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OFCONDOMINIUM THEREOF ('DECLARATION), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK13538, PAGES 0077 THROUGH 222 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGHCOUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ANUNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETOAS SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION.
