BURGISSER; NICOLE R. BURGISSER; THOMAS BURGISSER; PATRICIA BURGISSER CANAL; JEANNE BURGISSER MORRIS; SUSAN BURGISSER PETERSON; MICHAEL R. BURGISSER; WALDEN LAKE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE UNITED STATES; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEE'S OF THE ESTATE OF FRANCESCO BURGISSER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
