A) of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFIFCATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-5CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2007-5CB, Plaintiff, and, FERGUSON-BARNES, KAREN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 3447, BUILDING 23, OF BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16784, PAGE 1450, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
