WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE SASCO 2007-MLN1, Plaintiff and WEST SHORE VILLAGE MASTER CORPORATION, INC.; FELITA MCNEILL AKA FELITA GALE MCNEILL; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.Pinellas.realforclose.com at 10:00 AM on June 27th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL APARTMENT NO. 3285-C, WEST SHORE VILLAGE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 1 THROUGH 8, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4098, PAGE 1730 ET SEQ.TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
