Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 03/31/2014 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, WEDGEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION THEREOF:
FROM A POINT OF BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2, RUN SOUTH 15 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SAID LOT 2, THENCE NORTH 73 DEGREES 51' 03” EAST, 100.06 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
