NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014, and entered in Civil Case No. 12-008623-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is Plaintiff, and Charles D. Laporte, Sr., Unknown Tenant #1 n/k/a Robert Laporte, and Unknown Tenant #2 n/k/a Alicia Laporte are the Defendants.
Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, JUNGLE COUNTRY CLUB THIRD ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7519 10th Avenue N., St. Petersburg, Florida 33710
Together with all buildings, structures and improvements thereon, as well as other personal property, fixtures, and rights thererin.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
