NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011831-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff, and ROGER W. PAYNE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 10, Phase II, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions if the Declaration of Condominium of WESTLAKE VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, as set forth in Official records Book 5280 pages 708 through 762, inclusive, as amended by Official Record Hook 5358 page 890, and as further described in Condominium Plat Book 56 pages 41 through 44, inclusive, as amended by Condominium Plat Book 61 pages 10 through 13, Public Records of Pinellas county, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
