NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2013, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated April 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-002610-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GOLDMAN SACHS MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff and GENE LEAL, et. al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 1st day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 313, GULF SHORES, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Pages 122 through 124, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium recorded 2/11/74 in O.R. 4134, Pages 1167 through 1209, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Located: 18650 Gulf Blvd Apt 313, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
