YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for determination of heirs regarding real property located in Pinellas County, Florida which has a street address of 757 2nd Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, and is legally described as follows:
The North 42 Feet of Lot 6, Block A, R.W. Easley's Addition to St. Petersburg Florida, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1 (a/k/a Plat Book H1), Page 47, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, Laura S. Bauman, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before 07/11/2014, 2014 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
