KIRKEBY, FILED IN OFFICE OF CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA ON MARCH 10, 1944 IN DEED BOOK 963, PAGE 473, INSTRUMENT NUMBER 687555, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES AS CONVEYED IN DEED FROM CHARLES P. HAY RECORDED IN 06-24-02 IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 02-237087, BOOK 12072, PAGE 2020 IN SAID COUNTY AND STATE.

This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, FLORIDA FORECLOSURE ATTORNEYS, PLLC, whose address is 601 Cleveland Street, Suite 690, Clearwater, FL 33755, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, response due by 07/14/2014, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
