UNIT 1201 FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF PENTHOUSE GREENS, THE FAIRWAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 10, 11, 12, 13 AND 14, PUBIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN O.R. BOOK 4334, PAGE 1005, WHICH SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM WAS REFILED IN O.R. BOOK 4335 PAGE 1725, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO.
commonly known as 225 COUNTRY CLUB DR UNIT 1201, LARGO, FL 33771 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kari D. Marsland-Pettit of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before 07/14/2014, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the AMENDED Complaint.
