NOTICE OF PRESERVATION OF THE DECLARATION
COUNTRY MEADOWS OF
WEXFORD LEAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05, Country Meadows at Wexford Leas Homeowners Association, Inc., whose current post office address is 2870 Scherer Drive North, Suite 100, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33716, files this notice that the Declaration for Wexford Leas - Unit 7A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6B, Wexford Leas - Unit 6C, Wexford Leas - Unit 7B, and Wexford Leas - Unit 7C, commonly referred to collectively as Country Meadows at Wexford Leas, has been preserved for thirty (30) years from the filing date of this notice. A copy of the Declaration for Wexford Leas - Unit 7A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6B, Wexford Leas - Unit 6C, Wexford Leas - Unit 7B, and Wexford Leas - Unit 7C, commonly referred to collectively as Country Meadows at Wexford Leas and the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of Country Meadows at Wexford Leas Homeowners Association, Inc., along with amendments to same as adopted from time to time, is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “A”.
Approval of the preservation of the Declaration for Wexford Leas - Unit 7A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6A, Wexford Leas - Unit 6B, Wexford Leas - Unit 6C, Wexford Leas - Unit 7B, and Wexford Leas - Unit 7C, commonly referred to collectively as Country Meadows at Wexford Leas, was approved on 30th of April, 2014 by a vote of at least 2/3 of the members of the Board of Directors of Country Meadows at Wexford Leas Homeowners Association, Inc., conducted at a meeting after notice to the members of the Association pursuant to Florida Statutes §712.05.
An Affidavit of Delivery to Members was made by the Secretary or other appropriate officer of Country Meadows at Wexford Leas Homeowners Association, Inc., pursuant to Florida Statute §712.06(b) and is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit “B”.
The Land affected by this notice is as described on the Plats of Wexford Leas - Unit 7A recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 16-17, Wexford Leas - Unit 6A recorded in Plat Book 89, Pages 6-7, Wexford Leas - Unit 6B recorded in Plat Book 89, Pages 65-66, Wexford Leas - Unit 6C recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 12-13, Wexford Leas - Unit 7B recorded in Plat Book 90, Pages 38-39 and Wexford Leas - Unit 7C recorded in Plat Book 91, Pages 14-15, respectively, all of the of the Public Records in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
