BOOK 4066, PAGES 1720 THROUGH 1764, INCLUSIVE; AND AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4546, PAGE 1550; O.R. BOOK 4842, PAGE 1115; O.R. BOOK 4855, PAGE 2159; O.R. BOOK 5509, PAGE 1631; O.R. BOOK 5544, PAGE 872; O.R. BOOK 5742, PAGE 2115; O.R. BOOK 6954, PAGE 1132; O.R. BOOK 7516, PAGE 1600; AND O.R. BOOK 8642, PAGE 1582, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on July 24, 2014. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
