NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated June 5, 2014, and entered in case No. 12-003847-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2013-3, is the Plaintiff and and HELEN C. MUNNERLYN, WINDING CREEK III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NOW KNOWN AS MARTIN CROMARTIE, are the Defendants. KEN BURKE, CPA, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM EST, on JULY 23, 2014, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS APARTMENT NO. 101 BUILDING NO. 10, WINDING CREEK III, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDS IN OR BOOK 4864, PAGE 1782, AND AS AMENDED, AND BEING FURTHER DESRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 99, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2400 Winding Creek Blvd., #10-101, Clearwater, FLORIDA 33761 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
