Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-011318, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT NPL IX ASSET HOLDINGS TRUST is the Plaintiff, and GWEN COUNTS, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of Court, St. Pete Division. will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9, OF LAKE PARK UNIT V, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, PAGES 36 AND 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of July, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
