NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure in the above-captioned action, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23, WOODMONT PARK, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 43, Page 69 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, further described as 1609 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL 33756;
in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on the 15th day of July, 2014 to the highest bidder.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
