NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 522011CA012507XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-1-H-R is the Plaintiff and Robert Horne a/k/a Robert C Horne; City of St. Petersburg, Florida; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property; Williams Asset Conversion, Inc. as Trustee of the UDT#3466 Dated 11/13/07 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of June, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK G, KELLHURST SUBN, REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
