NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 10-000799-CI of the 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. EST on the 25 day of June 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT NO. 202, BUILDING NO. 10, WINDING CREEK III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4864, PAGE 1782 AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THERETO BELONGING ACCORDING TO SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
