Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, will sell the Property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lots B and C, RINGWALT REPLAT, according to Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 19, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, less that part of Lot C, described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, said corner being 1321.35 feet Easterly of the Southwest corner of the SE 1/4 of said Section 21, run thence North 0Ëš32'09'' West 33 feet, thence South 89Ëš39'51'' West 50 feet to a Point of Beginning, continue thence South 89Ëš39'51'' West 6 feet, thence North 21Ëš17'35'' East 16.14 feet, thence South 0Ëš32'09'' East 15 feet to the Point of Beginning.
