NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 01, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002988-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE PASS-THRU CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10, is Plaintiff, and CAROL EVANS A/K/A CAROL O. EVANS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 33, ROSE HILL GROVES UNIT NO. 1, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 49, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Subject to taxes for the year 2005.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
