NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 09, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-000609-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and WILLIAM COLLINS, IV, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 07 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit C, Building 20, TUCKER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 9076, Page 3637, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
