AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF CWABS, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES TRUST 2007-BC11, is the Plaintiff and TONYA E MINOR; JOHN C MINOR; HIAWASSEE HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 07/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 58, HIAWASSEE HILLS UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1711, PAGES 68 AND 69 OF THE ORANGE COUNTY RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
