NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-004405-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC5, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC5, is Plaintiff, and RJAY JOHANSEN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www. myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 41, Suncrest Unit III, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 90, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
