NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of June, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-021668-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA NA; BEVERLY C. BERNSTEIN A/K/A BEVERLY BERNSTEIN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of July, 2014at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, METROWEST UNIT FIVE/SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 7 AND 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
