WALL; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHERRY BROOK; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A FRED SULLY; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC; LAKE VIEW PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC..; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
