Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 12, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13002847CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and MAUREEN O. TURNER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100133700016698865), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of October, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 561, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 13, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 2A THRU 2G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
