NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 4, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000274, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS , TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHASSEN R. BOIES, DECEASED; ANNABELLE LAYLA GLASS F/K/A ANNABELLE LAYLA BOIES, A MINOR CHILD, BY AND THROUGH HER LEGAL GUARDIANS, LISA HURT GLASS AND RANDY DWAYNE GLASS; LAKE RIO TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 9 day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT D-604 LAKE RIO TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 45A THROUGH 45B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 26320 RAMPART BLVD #D604 PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
