TYLER; THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY TYLER A/K/A NANCY S. TYLER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on AUGUST 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3773, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION SIXTY-FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 3A THROUGH 3P, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
