NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-002748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-5, is the Plaintiff and James Joseph Grant Jr. also known as James J. Grant, Board of County Commissioners, Collier County, Florida, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 15, NAPLES MANOR LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86 AND 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
