NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 9, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-004212 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-7, is the Plaintiff and DOUGLAS A KING; PENELOPE MCCOLL KING; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
