NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 9, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-000422 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and ELISSOY HERARD; ANTIONETTE JEAN; ARCHIMEDE JEAN; FAIRMONT RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE RANCH AT ORANGE BLOSSOM MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ORANGE TREE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, G.P.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LILIANE JEAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
