Final Judgment was awarded on June 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-001934, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC. 2007-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR7 is the Plaintiff, and SHAWN R. ORR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWN R ORR IF ANY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED; COUNTRY CLUB CONDOMINIUM OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courhouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 9 day of July, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
