NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2014, and entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-002189-0001, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-1 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-1 is Plaintiff and FANNY M. HARDESTY; ANNA MILENA HARDESTY A/K/A ANNA M. HARDESTY; DENNIS C. HARDESTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FANNY M. HARDESTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNA MILENA HARDESTY A/K/A ANNA M. HARDESTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DENNIS C. HARDESTY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED; NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., F/K/A NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUMS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 9 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1206 IN 1810 NAPOLI LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON OCTOBER 14, 2004, IN O.R. BOOK 3660, PAGE 2312 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
