Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered June 10 2014 in this cause, in the County Court of Manatee County, Florida, I will sell property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week No. 27 in Condominium Unit Number 105 of Smuggler's Cove Beach Resort, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in O. R. Book 1028, Pages 828-924 in the public records of Manatee County, Florida.
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Manatee County Judicial Center Clerk/Cashier - Room 2700 - 2nd Floor, 1051 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205 at 11:00 a.m. on July 9, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
