Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC3 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and LETICIA G. MANRIQUEZ; VICTOR M. MANRIQUEZ; ET AL, are defendants.
