NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-005751 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Mahesh S. Mirchandani and Harvinder Mirchandani are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Richard B. Shore, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT A, BUILDING 24, PHASE II, HUNTINGTON WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1094, PAGE 1895, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 38 THROUGH 42, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
