ROBERT CHIPPENDALE A/K/A ROBERT A. CHIPPENDALE; CYNTHIA SMITH CHIPPENDALE; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II, and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants,

NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 29th day of July, 2014, at 11:00 AM, at Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 7, Begin at the Northeast corner of the Southwest one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 18 East; thence South along the East line of said Southwest one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4), a distance of 763 feet; thence West, a distance of 20 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence West, a distance of 130 feet; thence South, a distance of 80 feet; thence East, a distance of 130 feet; thence North a distance of 80 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Also a strip of land adjoining Lot 7 on the West side of said lot described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot 7; thence West, a distance of 7.50 feet; thence North, a distance of 80 feet; thence East, a distance of 7.50 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 7; thence South, a distance of 80 feet, along the West boundary of Lot 7 to the Point of Beginning, being in the Southwest one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast one-quarter (1/4) of Section 18, Township 35 South, Range 18 East.

All as per survey filed in Deed Book 319, Page 512, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
