NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 27, 2014, and entered in Case No. 41 2012 CA 004349, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHARLES N. LAFLEUR; CLAIRE A. LAFLEUR; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 18 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3193, LIGHTHOUSE COVE AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
