Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 16, 2014 , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 26, OF NORTHWOOD PARK, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 152 THROUGH 159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 4219 70TH STREET CIRCLE E., PALMETTO, FL 34221
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 16, 2014 beginning at 11:00 AM.
