NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 4034 of Mirror Lake Condominium, Section 2, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1090, Page 3559, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 16, Page 179, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash: Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on July 8, 2014 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 9:00 AM the day after the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
