NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of May, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013 CA 002066, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and AMY K. MARTIN; WELLS FARGO BANK, NA; PAUL J. MARTIN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 9th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 8, BARRINGTON RIDGE, PHASE 1B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE (S) 124 THROUGH 133, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
