NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2014, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on July 8, 2014, the following described property:
Unit #118 of LA CASA, A RESIDENTIAL COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 2698, Pages 1503-1560, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
