NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012891 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2007-10 is Plaintiff and JAMES A. GORHAM; RHONDA L. GORHAM; SUNTRUST BANK; VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 16 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, PHASE 2C-D, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE(S) 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
