NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010518 NC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-6CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6CB, Plaintiff, and, KATHY POWERS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at the hour of 09:00AM, on the 16th day of July, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT G1-2, CIRCLE WOODS OF VENICE, SECTION ONE (F/K/A CIRCLE WOODS OF VENICE, SECTION FIVE), A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1409, PAGE 1657, TOGETHER WITH CERTIFICATE OF MERGER RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2147, PAGE 2679, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 32, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
