NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009184-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Roumeliia A. Dentcheva are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on July 14, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST R/W LINE OF THE TAMIAMI TRAIL (66 FEET WIDE) AND THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH ½ OF THE SW ¼ OF THE NW ¼ OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 37 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE SOUTH 0° 15' WEST ALONG SAID TRAIL 138.62 FEET; THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL TO NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTH ½ OF SW ¼ OF NW ¼, A DISTANCE OF 300 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EAST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 15' WEST 88.62 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE NORTH 0° DEGREES 15' EAST 88.62 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL EASEMENT OVER A DESIGNATED 50 FOOT ROAD AS SURVEYED, PLATTED AND SHOWN IN DEED BOOK 313, PAGE 306, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
