Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, dated June 6, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-006387-NC , in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and JOANNE E. PAPPAS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LYING AND BEING IN SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT: UNIT 204, ALMERIA ON THE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1168, PAGES 969 THRU 1014, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDEMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 46 AND 46A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 5th day of August, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
