BOOK 1010, PAGES 45-54 AND SUBJECT FURTHER TO THE MANAGEMENT CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SAID ASSOCIATION AND U.S. HOME OF FLORIDA, INC. AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1016, PAGES 1700-1704, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
