NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 13, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-053197 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and SANDRA L LOWE; SANDRA L LOWE AS TRUSTEE OF THE SANDRA L. LOWE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 11, 2006; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE SANDRA L. LOWE REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 11, 2006; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; VILLAGEWALK OF BONITA SPRINGS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1 N/K/A RAY OTTERSON, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERT OTTERSON are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
