NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 13, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053364, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and VICTORIA RAMINA; JUDY MURRAY; DENISE DEMPER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VICTORIA RAMINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDY MURRAY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VILLA CAPRI ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 14 day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT C-1 OF VILLA CAPRI, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 589, PAGE(S) 289, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
