Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 51-2013-CA-004198-CAAX-ES in the Circuit Court of Pasco, Florida, that I will sell the following property, in PASCO County, Florida, described as:
LOT 611 OF LAKE JOVITA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, PHASE THREE - C, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGES 146 THROUGH 149, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
The mailing address of the property is 34220 Sahalee Loop, Dade City, FL 33525.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on July 9, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
